What does your business do?
I have the pleasure of working with buyers and sellers, assisting them with all their real estate needs.

What are your main products/services?
I work with and specialize in representing home owners moving out of the area, those wishing to down size, as well as those looking to move to another type of home in the Seattle area. I also specialize in and love working with first time home buyers as well as people moving to and within Seattle!

What problem do you solve for your customers?
I pride myself in taking the stress off the real estate buying and selling process for my clients. I guide my clients through every step of the way and have all the tools and resources needed to assure the experience is a great one with fewer headaches than they ever imagine. I know that purchasing and/or selling one of your largest investments can be scary. I ease that fear by making sure my clients are well prepared and by making the whole transaction as simple and worry free as possible for them.

Sabranie is a longtime South Seattle neighbor.

What inspired you to start your business?
I love helping people achieve their goals. Prior to becoming a real estate broker, I was a real estate investor and owned an employee recruiting business. Combining those two skills along with my charitable event planning experience and my strong community affiliations made the transition to real estate brokerage and Windermere the next logical move.

What makes your business different or unique compared to your competitors?
My clients are special to me and many become close friends. I am there for them before, during, and after the real estate transaction closes. I provide them with resources, information, and support so that they know where their investment stands years into the future. I am their Realtor for life not just for the few months that we are actively working together. They never have to wonder who to call for their home or real estate related questions.

What do you like most about what you do?
My favorite part of my work is that it is ever evolving and it keeps me on my toes. No two transactions are alike. No two clients are alike. I love the challenge and reward of customizing the home search or listing presentation and negotiations to match current market trends and to meet my client’s personality, needs, and wishes.

Do you have any special news, deals or events to promote in the year ahead?
Yes. In fact, I organize a large Free Community Shredding and Recycling Event every year at The Rainier Community Center. This year’s event is scheduled for Sat., April 29, from 10 am to 2 pm. It’s time for spring cleaning!

Do you have any future plans for growth or expansion that you can share with us?
I do not have plans to expand, but I do have a brand new very cool app to share. It beats the socks off the other home search apps most people have been using. This is the one I’ve been waiting for – go here to check it out!

What is the most important thing you want people to know about you/your business?
I live, work, and play right here in the 98118 and am always a call/email/text away!

Is there anything else you’d like to share about yourself or your business?
I have lived in Seattle for nearly 20 years, my entire adult life, and have an intimate knowledge of the different Seattle neighborhoods. I have called Lakewood/Seward Park home for over 16 years and believe it and Southeast Seattle in general are our city’s best kept secret.
