An exciting restaurant/retail opportunity is coming available in the new Othello Station North (4200 S. Othello St.) project currently underway directly adjacent to the Othello light rail station. The building will have 359 residential units when completed.  The Landlord is seeking restaurant & retail users to be the premiere ground floor tenants.

The available retail space is comprised of +/- 4,180 square feet that is available for a single food use or set up with a variety of different concepts (which could be demises) as well as an adjacent 1,500 sf retail space.
